Part of the building process includes:

1. Sit down for an interview- obligation free before meeting our designers. Homes and special considerations will be discussed after we complete a site inspection.
2. We will complete a concept plan tailored to your brief.
3. Provide a complete estimation to drawings, specifications & site costs and present to you for approval.
4. Preparation and plan agreements will be developed with fully itemised cost schedule including all site works and any options e.g. timber flooring, air con etc., with completed sketch drawings, for your approval prior to proceeding.
5. We will then provide a contract to clients with a building program itemising all stages of works from commencement through to completion and detailing all progress payments.
6. During construction, we forward all progress payments to yourself and your bank to ensure a smooth transaction.
7. We are readily available at all times- pre, during and post construction to ensure a smooth transition for all our clients.
