Registered, experienced home builders:

Leading the team are directors Malcolm Goode and John Glorie who have over 60 years of industry experience in building new homes. Malcolm and John have always supported a hands-on approach to client liaison and service, site supervision and ensuring the finest materials and craftspeople are utilized on every new home project.

Malcolm is the Registered Builder for Artique and Architectural Designer with a Diploma in Building as well as being a respected and active member with both the MBA and Wesbuilders Co-Operative Limited of W.A. including serving on the Board of directors for both, amongst other areas of involvement.

John is both the Construction Manager/Supervisor and a Registered Builder with a trade background in carpentry, with a keen eye for detail and responsible for the daily supervision of all of our clients new homes.

Both directors have implemented a strong awareness about the importance of craftsmanship, client satisfaction and ensuring the design and building processes are pleasurable and satisfying for the client.

Meet some integral members of our team:

Malcolm Goode - Director / Registered Builder / Designer with over 30 years' experience providing high quality new homes and personally oversees the administration and construction of each and every project including your new home. Malcolm is available from the initial design sketch, through to practical completion, and thereafter, to assist with any queries.

John Glorie - Director/Registered Builder/Site Construction Manager/Supervisor, with over 35 years' experience in crafting new homes. John is solely responsible for the daily supervision of all building sites, Craftsman and contractors and is readily contactable, being available by appointment on site to discuss any queries that may arise during the construction phase for your peace of mind.

John J Gray - Residential Design Consultant with over 10 years' experience in the area of Individual Design and Conceptualisation of high quality designer homes. John applies the latest trends, products and 3D Cad presentation, to tailor your specific requirements to suit the aspects of your site. He is dedicated to following the project from initialisation through to completion, and works closely with your projects staff to ensure that your aspirations' are realised in the final product, being your new home.

Kym Stewart - Residential Design Consultant with in excess of 20 years' experience, in the Design of new homes, with 3D CAD presentation. Whether it be modifying one of our standard plans, or working from your home design brief to develop your ideas into the realisation of your new dream home, Kym is able to provide professional assistance and manages our Harrisdale Display home, Splendid Gardens – ‘The Venecia’.

Karen Wilson - Residential Design Consultant, in the Design of new homes, with 3D CAD presentation. Whether it be modifying one of our standard plans, or working from your design brief to develop your ideas into the realization of your new dream home, Karen is able to provide professional assistance, and manages our Baldivis Display home, Makybe Drive – ‘The Trieste’.

Jackie Battley - Interior Design Consultant provides assistance with all fixed exterior and interior colour selections, to further compliment the design of your new home and the investment that you are undertaking, encompassing and expanding on your ideas. Jackie's services may be extended to include additional consultation for all your interior needs to enhance designer homes.

At Artique Homes, our staff, from Reception to our Architects, Display Home guides, Estimators, Schedulers and Accounts Clerk, are professionally trained, and are kept up to date with the progress of all of our projects, further assuring peace of mind when communicating with each and every client.
