All Artique homes, including these demonstrated that are currently under construction, are relentlessly supervised with an eye for detail, to ensure that they not only comply with regulations, but also meet with the stringent levels of craftsmanship and quality of construction required by the directors/registered builders of Artique Homes.

Malcolm Goode being the Registered Builder for Artique Homes (Artique Building Pty. Ltd.) is responsible for the management of all projects, and is readily contactable during construction for any queries and/or clarifications that you may have with the construction of your new home.

John Glorie - Construction Manager/Supervisor is responsible for the constant site supervision of all Artique homes demonstrated and liaising with on site contractors. John may be contacted by all our clients and is available by appointment to meet on site if required.

A photographic record is maintained for those clients that are unable to regularly visit their home under construction, to monitor progress, assuring further peace of mind that your home is being built to the standards of craftsmanship, for which Artique Homes are renowned.
